BDA hosts cross-Straits vocational skills competition

The first Cross-strait College Students Vocational Skills Competition opened in Beijing Economic-Technological Development Area on July 6, attracting participation by more than 400 students and teachers from 10 Beijing-based and 20 Taiwan-based universities and colleges.
The vocational skills competition mainly focuses on technical skills and aims to bring young residents of China and Taiwan together.
The participants will all take part in skills competitions and exchanges on professional projects involving areas such as architecture, intelligent manufacturing, identifying Chinese medicines, nursing, and investment and wealth management.
