Zhang Jianguo, administrator of the State Administration of Foreign Experts Affairs (SAFEA), visited JD Group, one of China's leading e-commerce firms, to conduct special research on technological innovation and the introduction of high-end foreign talents on July 25.
Long Yu, the chief human resources officer and general counsel of JD Group, introduced the overseas business development, technological innovation and talent attraction work of JD Group. She said that JD will introduce more high-end foreign talents to promote national scientific and technological progress.
Zhang Chen, chief technology officer of JD Group, reported on the development trend of the retail industry driven by technology in China.

Zhang Jianguo pointed out that China has introduced a series of new policies to attract high-end talents, and strives to create a good environment for the rule of law and improve the work environment of foreigners in China. He said that JD Group could exert its own advantages as a transforming technology-based enterprise, and attract more top talents in science and technology. He added that government departments will conduct in-depth research on the difficult issues raised in the survey and propose solutions.
The research team visited the JD Finance Exhibition Hall, the Corporate Culture Exhibition Hall, the Data Center Exhibition Hall, and some unmanned supermarkets, and learned about JD Group's investment in using the latest scientific research technology to enhance consumer experience.
