Whisky
Scotland enjoys a good reputation in China for its liquor. Scottish whisky, which we often simply call Scotch, is wildly available in supermarkets, restaurants and bars. In Scotland, whisky is often enjoyed with haggis, a traditional and symbolic made with sheep's offal.
