Grand Millennium Beijing invites you to the first Indonesian Food Festival from March 21 - 31, 2014 at CBD International Cuisine.
Resident Executive Chef Charlie Chang along with two guest chefs Jaka Lestari (Executive Sous Chef) and Emil Wahono (Chef de Party) from the Millennium Hotel Sirih Jakarta and will present a gastronomic journey of Indonesian favorites such as Gado-gado, Sate Lilit, Nasi Tumpeng and much more, and all backed with imported ingredients to ensure an authentic flavors.
