A 22-year-old woman from Henan province recently went abuzz online for her pioneering spirit and beautiful appearance. Li Peiyu opened a small restaurant whose major offering is pig trotters after graduation from Xi'an Polytechnic University in the summer of 2013, a period said to be the hardest time to seek a job.
