Bride lost on freeway after answering nature's call

A bride was left by her bridegroom on a freeway in Xuzhou, East China's Jiangsu province after she answered the call of nature, people.com.cn reported.

The bride, surnamed Zhang, was married to Lin and they planned to hold a wedding on March 1, when Lin led a car team to pick his bride up.

The bride and the bridegroom were in two different cars on the expressway when Zhang felt nature's call and she told her driver she could get in her husband's car later.

But the careless bridegroom was busy paying a toll gate fee and forgot that his wife did not get into his car.

The crying bride had to ask police for help and contacted her husband again.
