Simon Frederic came to China more than ten years ago to learn kung fu. Since then, he has opened a martial arts club of his own, teaching self-defense.

In 2001, he started his own company organizing sports events to promote a healthy lifestyle. He believes exercise doesn't have to be plain and hard; he wants people to have fun.

Frederic likes to make friends and enjoys talking to people. He said his favorite thing about sports is that everyone is equal.

On Oct 28, Frederic organized an event called Zombie Run at the Olympic Park to celebrate Halloween. There were more than 500 people participating.
