Nepal quake death toll reached 758, according to Nepal Home Ministry official. The Nepali government has declared a state of emergency in the affected districts. Deputy Prime Minister Bamdev Gautam has appealed for international humanitarian assistance.

Three team members of Chinese Women's Mountaineering Team have been confirmed dead in Nepal earthquake. The victims include two Sherpa ethnic people. Ma had lost contact with her team.
All the members of the other two Chinese mountaineering teams are safe.

Leader of Chinese Women's Mountaineering Team, Ma Liyamu, has lost contact. Ma and her team were training on the northern side of Mount Qomolangma. She updated her moments on Wechat for the last time at 12:30 pm today.
