巴基斯坦與中國是久經考驗的全天候的伙伴。巴基斯坦人民為中國朋友取得的偉大成就由衷高興。我們非常高興地看到，基于我們之間致力于和平與發展的強有力的互惠伙伴關系，我們之間的傳統友誼歷久彌新。
衷心祝愿十七大圓滿成功！祝愿友好的中國人民取得更加偉大的進步與繁榮！
