Students from across the Taiwan Straits, who will attend the International Leadership Foundation's International Young Ambassadors program, take a photo with Maryland Secretary of Veterans Affairs Edward Chow Jr (center left) and ILF CEO Chiling Tong (center right) in Rockville, Maryland on Sunday.
