Jiyang College of Zhejiang A&F University: a letter with a pearl
A fingertip-sized pearl is attached to the admission letter from Zhuji-based Jiyang College of Zhejiang A&F University this year.
"Pearl is a local product of Zhuji," Shi Hangke, a staff member at the admission office of the college, said. He said each of the Baroque pearls had a different shape, symbolizing that each student who received an offer was unique.
"The process of a clam producing a pearl is like a teacher teaching a student," Shi said, "We hopes every student can shines in their own light after four years of 'polishing' at the college."
