Xi says China, Kazakhstan should practice true multilateralism, safeguard common interests of developing countries

ASTANA -- Chinese President Xi Jinping said on Monday that China and Kazakhstan should practice true multilateralism, and safeguard the common interests of the vast majority of developing countries.
In talks with Kazakh President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev, Xi also called on the two sides to firmly safeguard the international system with the UN at its core, as well as the international order underpinned by international law in the face of volatile and turbulent international situation.
