Cai stressed that advancing the development of model Party organizations should serve as a key lever for Party building.

Noting that this year marks the 105th anniversary of the founding of the CPC and the opening year of the 15th Five-Year Plan period, the meeting urged central Party and state institutions to strictly enforce political discipline and rules, and resolutely implement decisions and plans of the CPC Central Committee.

They were told to improve mechanisms to prevent and correct deviations in views on performance evaluation, and to consider tangible results in stabilizing growth, promoting development, improving people's well-being and preventing risks as key criteria for assessment.

Continued efforts were called for to curb pointless formalities and ease burdens at the primary level.
