"Hong Kong has great potential to become a really attractive hub for international education," said John Lee Chi-kin, a member of the 14th CPPCC National Committee and president of the Education University of Hong Kong.
In an exclusive interview with China Daily, Lee said that as China begins its 15th Five-Year Plan (2026-30), greater emphasis in education should be placed on innovation, technology application and sustainable development.
At this year's two sessions, he will focus on early childhood education and improving support for those who aspire to live and work in Hong Kong and the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.?
