At Guangfu Ancient City, highlights included lion dances and a seated tai chi routine. Adapted from Yang-style tai chi by fifth-generation inheritor Zhao Xianping, seated tai chi is designed for people with lower limb disabilities and older adults, combining fitness with rehabilitation.
