A kite festival kicked off in Xilamuren Grassland, 90 kilometers north of Hohhot city, in North China's Inner Mongolian autonomous region on August 5, 2014. A total of 35 teams from home and abroad participated in the two-day 2014 Hohhot First Kite Festival. One of the kites, a 1,500 square meters octopus-shaped kite that was once listed in Guinness World Records, has attracted lots of attention. [Photo/IC] |
